In my personal opinion, not a lot of fun for those of our era. Libations and food was very limited and seating virtually non-existent! The talks / speeches while touching on some aspects of the UWC did not really do justice to the early days when AC was the college and some important early people were definitely overlooked.
Luckily a large group of our years had met for a lunch in a Chinese restaurant off Leicester Square and then later in the Bar at the ‘Ritz’ – They were fun and made to trip to London worthwhile.
